Star Legion: Early-development game demo

The war between Good and Evil is over, and the evil magical girl Fallen Star has been captured. The would-be destroyer of the world, she now sits in a cage in the Star Legion's headquarters. She might stay there indefinitely, if not for her completely non-powered best friend, who shows up at the base demanding answers.

That's you. Go save that evil magical girl.

NOTE: this game is in early stages of development, and I am a hobbyist game developer. As such, this is not a finished or polished work. I'm putting it out into the world to get feedback and make progress; please let me know what you find interesting in the concept or design! 

Originally developed for the Magical Girl Game Jam #10. Inspired by the "world vanquisher" theme.
